Dubai Land Department - Real estate violations complaints

Pursuant to Law No. 16 for the year 2007 regarding the Establishment of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency and determining its competences, shall organize the activities of the real estate offices and lay down the rules and procedures regulating them. It is also competent to look into violations committed by individuals or real estate offices and to take the procedures against the violating companies. The Corporation is not competent to complain about financial claims or disagreement over the terms of the contract Parties are required to review the legal Departments.
Complaints regarding lease agreements must be submitted through the Center for Rental Disputes Portal
Any disputes or complaints of transactions older than six months are not considered
